Preservation of unimodality under shock models

A number of results pertaining to preservation of aging properties (IFR, IFRA etc.) under various shock models are available in the literature. Our aim in this paper is to examine in the same spirit, the preservation of unimodality under various shock models. For example, it is proved that in a non-homogeneous Poisson shock model if {p_k}_K≥0, the sequence of probabilities with which the device fails on the kth shock, is unimodal then under some suitable conditions on the mean value function Λ (t), the corresponding survival function is also unimodal. The other shock models under which the preservation of unimodality is considered in this paper are pure birth shock model and a more general shock model in which shocks occur according to a general counting process. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 一步法制备石蜡微胶囊的中试研究及性能表征

采用一步法在100L反应釜内进行石蜡微胶囊制备的中试，表征了石蜡微胶囊的微胶囊化率、粒径和热性能，探讨了中试工艺对产品性能的影响。结果表明中试产品与实验室小试产品的性能基本接近。中试石蜡微胶囊的微胶囊化率为70％，平均粒径为54．0μm，相变范围为40～80℃，相变峰值和热焓分别为65℃，114J／g，分解温度达250℃。     

软件保障性评估在维修性分配和预计软件中的应用

从软件保障性的影响要素——软件生命周期过程、软件自身的设计特性和保障资源出发，阐明了软件保障性评估的原理，提出了一套软件保障性评估方案。通过在某维修性分配和预计软件上的具体实践，充分验证了该评估方案的可行性和实用性。     

基于G-AHP的非致命性武器驱散效能评估

定义了非致命性武器驱散效能的概念;根据非致命性武器的研发目的和应用实际,对影响其驱散效能的各相关因素进行逐层递阶划分,建立了较为全面的指标评估体系;提出非致命性武器效能G-AHP评估方法,借鉴专家经验,实现了非致命性武器装备驱散效能的量化评估;案例计算结果符合实际,验证了灰色层次分析法的可行性,为下一步有针对性地使用非致命性武器,提供了有力的科学依据。     

铝导线短路熔珠对固体可燃物引燃能力实验研究

在模拟试验平台上进行了铝导线短路熔珠引燃棉布、聚氨酯泡沫塑料和纸张的试验，得到了不同材料的临界加栽电压值和引燃规律。初步分析了加栽电压与短路熔珠粒径及引燃能力的关系。结果表明，随着短路电压增大，导线熔珠的粒径逐渐增大，熔珠对固体材料的引燃能力逐渐增强，氧指数越低、表面粗糙、易蓄热的材料越容易被点燃。棉布、聚氨酯泡沫塑料和纸屑被引燃的短路临界电压分别为50V、35V和45V。     

Experimental study on the detonation process of a pulse detonation engine with ionized seeds

An experimental platform of a pulse detonation engine (PDE) was established to study the effect of different K₂CO₃ ionized seed mass contents on the detonation process. The pressure and ion concentration were detected in the detonation process of the PDE with different contents of ionized seeds. The initiation process of the PDE at different ignition frequencies was studied. The results show that the gas conductivity in the detonation process increased by adding ionized seeds to the PDE tube, and the conductivity increased with the increase in ionized seed mass content. With the increase in ionized seed mass content, the range of the conductivity decreased. The PDE was successfully ignited and formed a stable detonation wave at ignition frequencies of 5 Hz and 10 Hz, and the peak pressure of the stable detonation with the ignition frequency of 5 Hz was 17% higher than that with an ignition frequency of 10 Hz. The detonation wave intensity was weakened and degenerated to a shock wave that propagated in the tube without the fuel filled at the ignition frequency of 20 Hz.

针对战场通信网络建模需求,基于 EBI建模框架,提出了面向实体的战场通信网络建模方法,探讨了战场通信网络实体模型的组成结构.重点分析了战场通信网络消息处理模型的作用和功能,给出了消息处理模型的仿真工作流程,对消息处理模型中的消息列表、通信事件列表、网络路由算法进行了阐述,并结合通信节点实体模型中的消息缓冲器,探讨了消息处理模型管理和维护通信事件列表的方法.     

固体发动机尾部点火性能影响因素分析

采用准一维非定常数值模型,对某小型固体发动机尾部点火瞬态过程进行性能预示;以预示结果为基础,对尾部点火性能主要影响因素进行了参数研究.研究结果可为尾部点火器和喷管堵盖的点火匹配性设计提供有益指导.     

论消防部队基本建设跟踪审计过程控制

针对基本建设审计特点，提出逐步从规范基本建设审核审批程序入手，进行基建建设前期、施工中及结算、决算跟踪审计，发挥审计监督的机制性作用，达到基本建设活动全过程运作规范、有序、监督有效。
